Made for athletes of all sports backgrounds, to support training and competition through structured strength and conditioning.
Includes:
1-2 sessions per week.
TeamBuildr access to view training plans.
Details:
Athletes are individually assigned a strength and conditioning program, based on their sport and training experience.
Workouts are displayed and tracked on the TeamBuildr app.
At each session, athletes are led through a warm-up, and then they complete their assigned workout.
Coaches will explain new exercises, modify for injuries, and provide technical feedback to all athletes throughout the session.

Includes:
One private or semi-private training session.
Strength and conditioning program for 4-6 weeks.
Maximal strength. The capacity to produce and exert large forces.
Explosive strength. The capacity to quickly create and express large forces.
Reactive strength. The capacity to rapidly create force in the least amount of time.

Specificity
The body adapts specifically to the demands placed upon it.

Training has to match a certain intensity to elicit an adaptation.

Gradual increase of intensity to promote long-term growth.

If you stop training, adaptations are subject to reversibility.
